We are seeking a dynamic MARKETING MANAGER with a results-oriented attitude and the ability to run the show from a Marketing, Communications & Public Relations standpoint. Our client is a privately-held manufacturer in the Gastonia area and we're looking for someone who can handle strategy and implementation; this is a hands-on position.
Strategic & Hands-On: brainstorm, work with various dept. heads to brainstorm and create strategies then utilize internal and external resources and vendors to develop and implement plans.
Responsibilities
Tradeshows: research, select, prepare, execute and attend
Company Website & all Social Media sites
General & Audience-Specific Informational Brochures
Sales Team Marketing Materials
Local publications, etc.

More Brand / Company Exposure
Social Media
Email Blast Campaigns
Website Upgrade
Cataloging (layout, design, etc.)
Tradeshow Planning & Execution
Qualifications
Blend between the strategic and hands-on
Must come up with the ideas and be able to execute
Need someone who is solution-oriented
Must work well with an outside sales team and the executive management (reports to CEO & General Mgr.)
Ideal: outgoing, aggressive personality - someone not afraid to speak up

years of professional marketing experience with exposure to the manufacturing industry
BS in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design or other, related field
Master's Degree a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
