Accounts Receivable Admin
The potential candidate will be responsible for the following:
Applying payments to customer accounts.
Generating credits and adjustments on customer accounts.
Reconciling customer and general ledger accounts.
Submitting statements to customers.
Researching customer accounts (over / short payments).
Communicating orally and written with the following:
External Customers
Internal Customers
Inter / Inner Department(s)
Calculating, generating, and reconciling sales commissions.
Input into the development and establishment of new procedures as needed.
The potential candidate must have experience with the following:
Microsoft Office (especially, Microsoft Excel and Power Point)
Outlook
This candidate must also:
Possess phone skills
Have the ability to learn & utilize the ERP System utilized by Sage
Attention to detail
This position is Temp to Hire. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
