Job Description
? Cash Applications - ensure cash application is assigned and processed accurately and on-time
? Perform Root Cause Analysis utilizing the database of provided information
? Assist customers with requests for account information/invoice copies
? Claims - maintain an accurate database of claim status/types
? Deductions & Claims - identify types, set up deductions & follow up to ensure timely resolution
? Disputes - escalate and/or assist with research as resolution
? Collections - organize / review accounts to identify overdue items and follow up, contacting customers to negotiate and arrange payments
? Chargeback Reports - design & distribute to management
? Perform Order Release Functions for Customers on Credit Hold
? Generate & Distribute Customer Statements
Required Qualifications
? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
? 2 - 5 years of Credit experience
? Automotive Aftermarket is preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
