What you will do:
Manage the day-to-day contact center and customer care functions as a first-line responder to the majority of inquiries from members, family and community.
Serve as subject matter expert in Salesforce and Hybris.
Manage resolutions and Salesforce case queue management, financial assistance and resolving technical issues to GSUSA utilizing Salesforce knowledge articles and documenting responses and correspondence in Salesforce management system Provide excellent customer service including phone and email responses in a high quality, customer friendly, timely and efficient manner.
Provide cross functional support and back up for online event creation and registration.
Ensure Girl Scouting is open to all girls and adults by delivering the Girl Scout message of pluralism and diversity to members of the council.
Who we are looking for:
Someone with an Associates degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
A person with a minimum of four years demonstrated experience in providing comprehensive customer service and working in Salesforce or similar CRM and a POS system.
Someone that has prior experience in retail and/or general office administrative work is required.
An acceptable criminal background check and driver history What else do you need:
Willingness and ability to work regular and varied hours, including evenings and some weekends.
