are in all business locations.
The position will be responsible for assisting with the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs; conduct needs assessments, execute training, develop reinforcements and evaluate outcomes.
Track all employee trainings and ensure that all employees are compliant with training requirements from state regulations and CARF.
Prepare appropriate training methods such as on the job training, mentoring, and professional development classes.
Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
Prepare onboarding training for new employees.
Create training programs and prepare learning materials to determine best training methods for specific purpose or audience.
Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques to prepare future training sessions.
Develop educational aids and materials Conduct surveys to judge how programs are received and if changes are needed.
Implement accepted education principles and explore new training methods and techniques.
Oversee in-house training facilities and equipment.
Manage curriculum database and training records.
Research and recommend new training methods.
Attend conferences and seminars relating to education and training.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
